If you are going to be successful selling online you are going to have to become a tester.
What works for one seller might not work for you and what works for you now may not work next month.
The only way you will ever know what will work is to be continually testing. This is especially important now since so many changes have been made on eBay in the last 18 months.
One important thing to remember about testing is you should do a large enough test to make sure your results are true. I try to run every test I do at least for 30 days and I try to test it with 400-900 listings during that time. Another important thing to remember about testing is you need to keep good records. I am very lax about this & I know it has cost me thousands of dollars over the years. I hate keeping records, but it is an absolute must if you really want to know what your test results really are.
