In the previous post I rated Best Offer as eBay's best deal for sellers. A close second, in my opinion, is Markdown Manager .

With Markdown Manager you can offer discounts for specific listings, all the listings in a category, or all of your store or fixed priced listings up to 250 listings per day with a basic store subscription. You can decide when you want the sale to begin(up to 6 months ahead) & when you want it to end. You also decide if you want a percentage off or a set amount. You can create as many sales as you like. You can edit active sales. You are also able to offer Free shipping on selected items. Before we had Markdown Manager you had to go in and do this manually for each individual listing.
A couple of other benefits of Markdown Manager is 1) Markdown Manager inserts a sale icon on your listing and shows the original price in addition to the markdown price 2) Markdown Manager will also generate an e-mail to your newsletter subscribers.
