Unlike the #1 & #2 eBay best deals I have talked about the #3 best deal is gonna cost you. I think eBay's 3rd Best Deal is the Buy it Now option. The fees for this option are
I feel that these fees are very reasonable compared to other eBay fees. I don't remember these fees ever being raised.
Buy It Now allows a buyer to purchase an item immediately at a set price. Over the years buyers have grown more impatient and do not want to wait for an auction to end. many will pay more so they do not have to wait and I am glad to accommodate them. I usually set my Buy it Now price at the top end of what I actually want for an item. Many times when I run auctions more items are sold using the Buy it Now feature than are sold at actual auction. I seldom have an auction that ends with the ending price more than the Buy it Now price.
