Why doesn't PayPal send e-mails when e-checks clear?
PayPal used to send you a e-mail when an e-check cleared. This seems to have stopped. I have checked all over the PayPal site to see if there was somewhere to turn this on or off. I didn't find anything.
I sent PayPal Jason an e-mail asking about this, through Facebook, on 10/01 and have never received a reply.
PayPal tells us not to ship until check clears. eBay, PayPal's owner, tells us to improve the "Customer Experience". If I do not receive notification of a e-check clearing I am very unlikely to ship the item on time. This does not improve "Customer Experience"
