#54 Top Rated Seller Tip-Don't toot your own horn on eBay
Skip McGrath is reporting on his blog that some of his eBay listings were not accepted because they mentioned he was a Top Rated Seller.
This comes as no surprise to me since eBay has gradually taken away things you are able to say in your listings. I would think you would be able to mention this on your About Me page but I , for one, do not think the About Me page will be around much longer. If it is here next Christmas I will really be surprised.
In the future I expect eBay listings to look a lot like Amazon listings, where you only get a small space to describe anything unique about your product.
