Be aware of tomorrow's postal rate increase
The USPS is having a rate increase effective tomorrow. (January 4, 2010)
This increase hasn't received much publicity because 1st Class mail rates are staying the same.
The rate increases are in the Priority Mail and Express Mail classes. The biggest change is that all priority mail will now be charged according to zones.
